Brand Identity & Exhibition Design — UK
Dentsu needed a live event series that could unite its UK-wide network under a single, confident identity. The brief was internal — but the ambition wasn't.
Seichō, meaning growth and unfolding in Japanese, gave the project its name and its direction. The identity reaches back to the original 1901 Dentsu building in Tokyo — its architectural framework becoming both the logo and the underlying grid for the entire graphic system. For the exhibition concept, that building is exploded into a three-dimensional structure, with materials and colours drawn from Japanese culture that speak to ideas of home, foundation and belonging.
